Kathleen Tagge is President of Deerfield Insurance Agency. After working alongside her father, Gordon Duprey, for many years, Kathleen assumed leadership of the agency and is proud to continue the family tradition of providing personalized service, trusted advice, and long-term relationships that have been the foundation of the agency for decades.
As a second-generation agency owner, Kathleen believes insurance is about much more than policies and premiums. Her philosophy is to build lasting relationships with clients, take the time to understand their unique needs, and help them make informed decisions that protect what matters most. She is committed to being a trusted resource before, during, and after a claim, ensuring clients have an advocate they can rely on throughout life’s changes.
Kathleen works with individuals, families, and businesses to identify risks and develop insurance solutions that provide meaningful protection before problems arise. She takes pride in helping clients navigate an increasingly complex insurance marketplace with honesty, expertise, and personal attention.
Kathleen earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation through The National Alliance in 2013. While working full-time, she received her M.B.A. in Management from Loyola University Chicago in 2009 and her B.S. in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.
