Meet Our Staff

Gordon Duprey, President of Deerfield Insurance Agency, has been with the Agency since 1976. Gordon’s success is attributed to his genuine interest in his clients, their families, and their businesses and being able to match their exact needs with the appropriate coverage. With over forty years of insurance experience, Gordon has become a valued advisor to his clients regarding all matters of insurance. Gordon is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of America and the Deerfield Chamber of Commerce.

Gordon grew up in Michigan and has lived in Deerfield, Illinois since 1973. Gordon and his wife, Carol, often enjoy a full house of family, grandchildren, friends, and dogs.

Kathleen Tagge is a personal and commercial lines producer at Deerfield Insurance Agency. Kathleen enjoys working with clients to mitigate business and personal risk through proper insurance coverage before problems arise. Kathleen earned her CIC designation from The National Alliance in 2013. While working full-time, she obtained her M.B.A. in Management from Loyola University of Chicago in 2009. Kathleen received her B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. Kathleen is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of America, Insurance Agency Owners Alliance (IAOA) and also serves on the Board of Directors of one of Chicago’s newest Equity theaters, Windy City Playhouse.

Kathleen lives in Deerfield with her husband, Tim, and their three children.

Celia Gehm has been a critical part of Deerfield Insurance Agency for almost 20 years. As a Customer Service Representative and licensed agent, Celia helps our personal lines clients with anything and everything related to their home, auto and other personal lines policies. Celia cares deeply about our clients and helping to support their insurance needs.
